CANCELLATION POLICY


    In most circumstances you will find The Promenade to be one of the last venues to close, due to bad weather; especially a Special Event when so much work, expense and effort on a lot of peoples part has been made.  However, if conditions are perilous enough, the best way for you to find out about any cancellation is to check your e-mail. 

      We will always do our best to send out an announcement as soon as any decision has been made that will make a change in our posted schedule. It is also normal policy to change the recording on the studio phone (410-277-0234) for those who call in or
don't have computer access.
 
  As stated on all our flyers, pre-paid seats are NOT refundable, if you are unable to attend an event.  If unforeseen circumstances make it necessary for you to cancel previous to the event and you have purchased your ticket through PAY PAL,  a refund may be issued, but there will be a $5 fee per ticket to cover our online payment costs. 

If The Promenade has to cancel a Special Event due to weather, the event will be rescheduled, if possible or you will be refunded one General Admission Pass
 for each ticket purchased.

No Refunds will be made for No-Shows.
