Take Route 29N until it ends. Turn right onto Route 99. Turn left at .7 miles onto Old Frederick Road (at the traffic circle). Proceed 1.5 miles. Cross bridge and proceed to Stop sign. Turn right onto Dogwood Road. Proceed to second light and turn left onto Lord Baltimore Drive.

The Promenade is the fifth red brick building, 3/10 of a mile on the right.
