Take Route 70 to Baltimore Beltway, 695W towards Towson to Exit 18, Second exit - Lochern/Randallstown - Liberty Road.

Once you get onto Liberty Road, turn left at the first traffic light onto Lord Baltimore Drive.

The Promenade is 6/10 of a mile after the first traffic light at Windsor Mill road -- on the left, across the street from the new FBI Building.
