CATERING:
The Promenade has an Open-Vendor Policy which allows you to bring in the vendors of your choice, to fit 

your budget and style. We can also recommend several local caterers or you are welcome to provide 

your own fare. You are welcome to serve complimentary alcohol at your Event but, if you choose to SELL alcohol, a One-day Liquor License must be obtained.

RESTRICTIONS:

The Promenade's main revenue comes from Weekly, Ballroom Dancing, Group Lessons and Weekend
Socials, therefore, out of respect for our Dancers, the integrity of our Dance Floor must be maintained.  
With that in mind, we do not offer our venue for open ticket sale Events.  All Events must be Invitation
Only, Private Affairs, with a limit of 250 in attendance.
